The best allergen free hot chocolate mix

We hadn’t seen this brand until we happened across it at our local grocery around the holidays. Spouse needs to avoid milk products but loves the convenience of powdered cocoa mix. Silly Cow is great! It mixes well to make a smooth hot chocolate with a nice peppermint flavor. I wish it was easier to find locally—it seems to be very seasonal here and is already gone.
