I find the peppermint twist chocolate helps to calm my stomach’s churning when in the midst of an IBS bout.

Smooth and delicious. Hold a mug of this between both hands allowing it to warm the hands. Then bring it to your mouth, lingering to allow the fragrance to tantalize your nose by the smell of the cocoa. Finally, take a sip, and your tastebuds will dance. Repeat frequently
