Shipping Options and Cost

Shipping of website orders is done through UPS in the continental USA.  The cost of shipping is based on the size of the order, with a minimum of $9.95.  To review the shipping cost at any time during the ordering process, simply open your Shopping Cart (by clicking on "View Cart" at the top of the window) and click on "Calculate Shipping and Handling" at the bottom of the list of ordered items.  You will be asked to enter the shipping destination, and the cost will be calculated.

We are not currently able to fill website orders to destinations outside the continental USA.  If you wish to ship an order outside the continental USA, please send us an email with your request, and we will work with you to fill your order.  Send your inquiry to

Cancellations and Returns

Can an order be cancelled once it has been placed?

You can cancel an order that has already been placed if it has not entered the processing and transit stage. To cancel an order, please contact us.

If you are unable to cancel your order because it has already entered the processing and transit stage, you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them as per our return policy

What is your return, exchange and refund policy?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Unless otherwise noted, you may receive a refund or exchange for any item that you purchased within 30 days of your original invoice date.

Exchanges and refunds will be processed after we receive your return. You will be credited or refunded the price that you paid for the item plus any sales tax that you may have paid. Shipping costs are not refundable.
