Great products, incredible service!

Ordered three varieties (Chocolate Java Chip, Chocolate - Chocolate, and Chocolate Moo-usse). The Chocolate Moo-usse was broken on delivery and I sent a message through the website. 2 days later (over a weekend) I received a shipping notification for a replacement. Absolutely great service and I can't wait to try more flavors.

Hot cocoa magic

My kids and I have allergies. This is the only gfco certified cocoa powder I found after searching for months and I was so excited to find this. Watching my kids take a sip of their first hot cocoa EVER on a snow day is now a core memory for all of us. I'm so grateful they could take part in the winter magic of some hot cocoa without worrying about their allergens. Thank you Silly Cow Farms for making this possible. You have no idea how grateful we are for you and your product.

Incredible customer service from Shelly

My original order which I placed as a Christmas gift arrived on time unfortunately it was shattered. Even though it had been clearly bubble wrapped, the box was very beat up and had not been handled as fragile, even though it was marked as such.

I contacted silly cow and spoke to Shelly and Customer Service who was incredibly Receptive to getting it sent back out and it arrived on time and in one piece. But the bonus was Shelly left a personal note inside and an additional jar of cocoa powder. So grateful I will remember this for future gifts.
